One is “leche y leche”, which is coffee with condensed milk, normal milk and milk foam, served in a tall glass. And Tenerife is also the world capital of the “Barraquito”, which is made with coffee, natural milk, condensed milk, cinnamon, lemon rind and lemon.
Tenerife is the main source of wine, and the Tacoronte Acentejo red wine was the first wine from the Canary Islands to receive a Denominación de Origen (D.O.).
